Something went wrong?

If you have any objections to the timber structure you purchased (prefabricated roof trusses, conventional prefabricated trussed rafters) or the assembly – lodge a complaint.

You can do this in two ways:

  1. By using the complaint notification form
  2. Directly via email: reklamacje@burkietowicz.pl 

Complaints at Grupa Burkietowicz Sp.J. are handled by Burkietowicz Technical Group. Upon receipt of a complete notification form, we will contact you (by e-mail or telephone) within 3 working days to determine the individual course of the complaint procedure.
